Delivery & Installation Terms & Conditions

  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm to UK mainland will qualify for next working day delivery. All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched next working day.* (This excludes professional installation or shipping quotations, see below for details) * Please note from the 20/03/2020 next day delivery will be subject to courier availability and subject to change, we will make every effort to deliver next working day, and where this will not be possible we will let you know prior to dispatch.
  • Water Coolers & Boilers: The price listed includes delivery to UK Mainland. We may need to add a surcharge of £12 + per unit for delivery to the Islands and Highlands, including NI. If your delivery area is outside these zones, we will can quote you a price for delivery. Please place all items you want into the basket and the quotation will form part of the checkout procedure.
  • Accessories and Spares: The price listed excludes delivery. The cost of delivery varies according to the cumulative value of the Accessories and Spares order and will show at delivery confirmation.
  • Free Delivery: FREE Delivery includes Water Coolers & Boilers to Mainland UK ONLY. Items will state if they are included in this promotion. We reserve the right to discontinue the free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility.
  • Good Dispatch: Goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from when you place your order. You will be e-mailed to confirm dispatch and receipt at this stage.

  • Date of Installation: Goods will be installed as standard within 7 working days from when you place your order. You will be contacted by the professional installer to arrange installation. (Standard installation excludes outlining areas such as NI/IOM & Highlands where extended installation timings or quotations maybe needed.)
  • Site Survey: A Professional Installation from one of our partners, is based on the site survey completed by you at the online checkout. The installer will connect the equipment to the mains water supply and ensure that it meets all legal and industry standard requirements.

  • Our installation partners have been selected on their level of professionalism, efficiency & discretion
  • Surcharge Fees Please note: there should be no extra charges, unless the installation requires unplanned additional work not stated on the site survey, in which case the Installation Company will contact you directly
  • EZYTAP & EZTRAY2 exclusions :A Professional Installation for the EZYTAP or EZTRAY includes modifying a standard wooden worktop only. (Marble, Granite, glass etc are excluded)
